Sadik Bizanti, MD

Dr. Bizanti is a physician entrepreneur with diverse experience focused on Care Management Programs in private medical practices, medical group management, and integrated delivery system leadership. Experienced in designing and implementing medical management programs, focusing on reducing unnecessary hospitalizations, readmissions and ER visits, utilization management, disease management, Risk Adjustment, and quality, preventative care driven by achieving metrics goals. Passionate and focused on the delivery of safe, cost-effective and high quality of care to patients and their families while empowering physicians and other clinicians to thrive in their roles. Created innovative tools to elevate patients’ quality of care and augmenting the efficacy of revenue cycle through clinical documentation, and smarter utilization methods. Well-experienced in Medicare Advantage and Straight Medicare populations.

Dr. Bizanti is a non-practicing physician who focuses on the top 20% of the high-risk Medicare population with multiple chronic conditions that account for 80% of resource utilization, new CMS reimbursement programs such as Access to remote patients. Help reduce unnecessary and preventable costs by implementing monitoring, chronic care management and principal care management.

Amyn Gillani

Former CEO of Talos Digital and partner at Talos Enterprise Blockchain. Served as mentor for startups and entrepreneurs at WeWork Labs, Parallel18, an international accelerator of the Puerto Rican government, and Business France, a French government agency.

David Burke

David has spent 15 years leading investor relations programs for private and public companies across the health care industry. During his career, he has helped create meaningful communications programs and position companies for successful equity financing totaling over $2 billion including private rounds, initial public offerings, and follow-on offerings.

Earlier in his career, David was in the Capital Market Intelligence group at Thomson Reuters and began his career working alongside the proprietary trading desks and prime brokerage services at Deutsche Bank. David received a bachelor of arts in Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Craig Bythewood, PhD

Dr. Craig Bythewood earned his Bachelor of Business Administration at Howard University, majoring in Finance. Subsequently, he attended the University of Florida where he received his doctorate in finance and economics at the age of 26. He has been a professor for 30 years. He has also been a consultant for several Fortune 500 firms, a popular and effective seminar speaker, and a financial planner for many. Dr. Bythewood’s consulting experiences have included Hewlett Packard, JPMorgan Chase and the State of Florida. He also served as the Financial Education Director for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

“Dr. B”, as he is affectionately known by former clients and students is a high energy communicator with the ability to motivate. As a business consultant, he has the ability to recognize company strengths, initiating positive thinking and effective changes in business strategy.

On a personal note, for four straight years he participated as the annual co-host for ABC’s telecast of the St. Pete MLK Parade, which is currently the largest in the nation. He was also the 2007 first place award recipient of the National Hallmark Daddy Dance Off Contest. He owns a life-coaching business where he places a premium focus on teaching, counseling and helping others to living an existence of spiritual wholeness. He is a single father of three daughters that are 21, 19 and 18, and he coached their high school and AAU travel basketball teams.� He also plays flag football in an 18 and over A league where he proclaims, “56 is the new 26!”

A good peek into Dr. B is demonstrated through this Bythewoodism: “I volunteer-coach girl’s basketball and the youngest grade is 5th grade. On that level, I have to teach them a concept called ‘Triple Threat’. This involves them holding the ball in such a way that at any time they can do one of 3 things, either dribble, pass or shoot. This keeps the girls engaged anytime they have the ball. Professionally, I feel that I am a Triple Threat through my almost 3 decades of engagement. Over the past 30 years, I have been a CFO multiple times, a Consultant for major corporations, and an Award-winning Professor of Finance and Economics. These three vantage points provide me a uniqueness of training and perspective that lead to the value and benefit that I bring to the marketplace.

Kim Savage, LPN

Kim joined Med-Kick’s team in September of 2019 where she started as a Care Coordinator and soon after advanced to Team Lead and is involved in Onboarding and Nurse Training. Previously, most of Kim’s career was within Home Health Care Management. Kim’s passion is in preventive health and feels that Med-Kick’s role in healthcare aligns very well with that.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her family, boating, going to the beach and tending to her garden.

Erin Dabe

Senior Marketing Executive with a track record of successfully launching, building and scaling brands. She has expertise in increasing revenue, profitability, and customer loyalty. Most recently, Erin served as Assistant Vice President, Brand Marketing at WearLIVELY. Prior to that she was Head of Marketing at Hello Alfred and held several marketing roles at Blink Fitness, including Marketing Director and Senior Marketing Manager.
